Research Interests
Currently, my research investigates the portion of the organic food marketing channel that ranges from certified organic food processors and handlers to food retailers and consumers. More specifically, my research projects focus on theoretical and empirical investigations into firms’ strategic marketing and procurement decisions, as well as consumer purchasing behavior. Previous research investigates contracting in agriculture.
